Description

In a dystopian future, Victor Claiborne, a wealthy member of the Southwest Regional Board, shares a quarterly tryst with his dear Mamacita, his favorite "being of pleasure." In addition to his usual gifts of pricey pens and paper, he brings what he thinks is good news. A changing of the guard is imminent. Johnny Hannon, the much reviled Chairman of Southwest Region, will soon be deposed, and Clairborne will take his place.
