I'm relatively new to writing fiction as I started only three years ago. However, I've self-published two collections of short stories and am working on my first novel, which I hope to publish in the latter half of 2026. I enjoy writing urban fantasy. My setting is in a Midwestern town I created called Sandy Shore. Here, my characters deal with a supernatural or science fiction based change to them, usually a new ability such as the power to see the future, freeze anything they touch, wake up as a ghost after their murdered, or discover a vampire, werewolf, or demon living among them. Some characters will use their new ability for good; others, for evil. The fun is in discovering how their lives change and how they deal with it.
