Thaddeus Gunn is an author and screenwriter from Seattle, Washington. His work has appeared in The Kenyon Review, Tin House, Brevity, SmokeLong Quarterly and elsewhere. He is the recipient of a Pushcart Prize Special Mention, a Best Microfiction 2020 award, and has been a Vaclav Havel Fellow of the Prague Summer Program in the Czech Republic. He co-wrote the independent feature film EGG which starts shooting in the US in February 2025. He is currently working on the second screenplay in that series as well as a memoir. Gunn is cat daddy to Beans, a 16-pound house panther, and the husband of the incredibly patient and understanding author Teresa Wilson-Gunn. He enjoys staring out the window and pretending to work.
