Paul Michael Miles is a former security contractor for the U.S. State Department and the former Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a publishing and printing company. Drawing on this diverse background, he founded Black Lion, LLC in 2016, through which he holds publishing copyrights and advances his independent work. Miles earned a Public Leadership Credential from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Utah, and completed most of his MBA coursework at Washington State University. A firm believer in lifelong learning, Miles continues to expand his intellectual horizons. He is currently studying Artificial Intelligence at Harvard University, with a focus on the ethical and moral implications of advanced intelligent systems and their impact on society. He now resides in a quiet corner of small-town America in the winters and in Chicago in the summers.
