About the Author
Gracie Consinel has loved words for as long as she can remember. From the time she learned to read, she was captivated by books, and as a little girl, she especially loved English and grammar. Over the years, that love grew into a passion for writing stories of her own.
Gracie writes Christian fiction for tweens and young teens, with a special love for realistic fiction and sweet, age-appropriate romance. Through her stories, she hopes to create characters readers can relate to, friendships that inspire them, and meaningful moments that remind them of God's goodness and faithfulness.
Her faith in Jesus is the foundation of her life and writing. One of her favorite Bible verses is Matthew 28:19, which reminds Christians of Jesus' command to go and make disciples of all nations. Gracie hopes to honor that calling by sharing the love of Christ through the stories she writes and encouraging young readers to grow in their own faith.
Gracie lives in Texas with her husband, Bryant, who serves as a pastor, and their six children: Mealla, Luke, Ruby, Camille, Adrian, and Georgia Faye. She considers her family one of God's greatest blessings and is excited to welcome another little one to the family next March.
Whether she is spending time with her family, reading a good book, or dreaming up her next story, Gracie is grateful for the opportunity to use the gifts God has given her to encourage the next generation of believers, one story at a time.
