The Valley Between Us is Gail's debut novel. The first in a continuum series of four books. Gail resides in the Hudson Valley Region of Upstate New York, near to her beloved sons, Tyler and Corey. Her love for the written word started at an early age, devouring herself in the imaginary and exhilarating world of the historical romance genre. Her inspiration came from the likes of Kathleen E. Woodiwiss, LaVyrle Spencer, and Mary Jo Putney, just to name a few. She vowed to one day write a book herself, but it wasn't until many years later, that she was able to set pen to paper (and fingers to keyboard) to see her dream come to fruition. When she's not writing, editing, formatting, or learning everything there is to know about self-publishing and marketing a book, (which is quite a lot!) Gail works tirelessly as a massage therapist, now semi-retired because she can't imagine completely abandoning the profession after 42 years in the business, primarily because she's met so many wonderful, fascinating people, many of whom she considers an extension of her own family. She remains grateful and humbled to have made this journey and to be able to share her story with you.
