E.S. Magill fell in love with writing and the supernatural at a very young age and combined those two passions to become a dark fiction writer. With a B.A. and M.A. in English, she dedicated herself to teaching for over twenty years. She has edited three anthologies, including the acclaimed Deep Cuts, and worked for several magazines. She is also a mental health advocate writing about her own journey and recovery in the self-help book Reveal Your Wings. Her first novel, MAGICA Book 1 Rise of the Cult, was a semi-finalist for the CIBA’s Shelley Award in Paranormal Fiction and also selected for the Tucson Festival of Books Indie Author Experience. Now retired, E.S. Magill spends her days hanging out with her husband Greg, writing full time with her fabulous writing group Wily Writers, and solo camping. She has never met a Dark Watcher.
