Cecelia Grace Butler is a self-published author, visionary painter, and Akashic Records reader based in Leland, North Carolina, just across the river from Wilmington — the setting of much of her work. She holds a BA in Fine Arts and a master's degree in Library Science, and her writing draws on a lifelong fascination with history, art, and the stories that linger in a place long after the people who lived them are gone. She is the author of The Akashic Librarian (2022), a memoir, and The Coffeehouse Medium (2025), a novel. Chasing Henry Walters is her latest work — a metaphysical historical novel set in Gilded Age Wilmington, born from a real moment in her own Akashic Records exploration. In this audiobook, Cecelia narrates the voice of Bitty using a cloned recording of her own voice. She lives in Leland with a deep and ongoing connection to the history, gardens, and small museums of the Cape Fear region.
