When Carol Jean Baxter was a child, she pursued butterflies across the lawn. She touched roly-poly bugs because she found it fascinating to watch them curl into balls. Growing up as an only child, Carol preferred to run as a solo racer instead of playing team sports. She is also fond of alliteration. Carol's daughter inspired the roly-poly character, Oblee Ollie Olee. Carol loves to splash in the sea and scratch baby rhinos behind their ears. She knows she is lucky to live in a mountain chalet with dragons, bunnies, and her Ray of Sunshine. Print and eBook versions of “Oblee Ollie Olee’s Roly-Poly Rally Race” with illustrator Trena Brannon are available at GardenBugBooks.com.
