Born in Turku, Finland. Carl has lived in Sweden for almost 60 years. After school, Carl went to Germany for 21/2 years, where he studied medicine. Then Carl moved to Switzerland for two years to study law. A year in London brushing up his English. He returned to Sweden to finish his law studies. After that, he got a trainee place in New York for a year. During that period, he got a call from the Notary Board in Sweden, which resulted in a post as a court clerk for two and a half year.
