I'm a fiction writer, screenwriter, and, until recently, also wrote and ghostwrote marketing communications for high-tech companies (retired now!!). I'm a member of the professional association SFWA (Science Fiction & Fantasy Writers of America), and have short stories published in several periodicals and theme anthologies. My coolest thing was having a story selected for The Year's Best Fantasy & Horror (Datlow/Windling). In my efforts to "write longer" and finish a novel (I started 5), I learned screenwriting and worked as a reader/judge for Austin Heart of Film, plus have a listing in imdb.com as assoc. producer of story development.
