Spoken, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”).
This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you purchase, register with, access, visit, or otherwise use (collectively, “interact”) our web application at www.spoken.press (our “ Service”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This Policy applies to information we collect:

- In email, text, electronic messages, telephone calls, and other communications between you and us.
It does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by us or any third party.

Children Under the Age of 18
Our Service is not intended for children. No one under age 18 is permitted to provide any information to or on our Service. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on our Service. Do not, through any of its features, register on our Service, use any of the interactive features of our Service, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18, we will delete that information. Information We Collect & How We Collect It
We collect two basic types of information:
- Information that identifies (whether directly or indirectly) a particular individual, such as your first and last name, email address, and password (“Personal Information”); and
- Information that does not, on its own, identify an individual, such as your age and date of birth (“Anonymous Information”). However, when Anonymous Information is directly or indirectly, or can reasonably be, associated with Personal Information, the resulting information is also treated as Personal Information.
We may use Personal Information and Anonymous Information to create a third type of information: information about groups or categories of individuals, which does not identify and cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual (“Aggregate Information”).
We collect this information from and about you:
- When you directly provide it to us, such as when you fill in forms on the Service, create an account, upload data, or contact us directly.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of our Service or transmitted to other users of our Service or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of our Service with whom your User Contributions may be shared with. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

We use the following third-party tools in connection with our Service:
- Google Analytics. Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our Service. We do not control Google's tracking technologies or how Google may use them. Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to our Service is restricted by Google Analytics' Terms of Use and Google's Privacy Policy. We may disclose Aggregated Information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

- For another purpose, with your consent.
We may also disclose your Personal Information:

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
- Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of our Service may then be inaccessible or not function properly. Other ways to opt-out of specific data collection technologies that we utilize include:
- Google Analytics. Google has a browser add-on for opting out of Google Analytics which can be found here:https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Do Not Track Signals. Some internet browsers include the ability to transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Since uniform standards for “Do Not Track” signals have not been adopted, our Service does not process or respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
- Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used to promote our own products or services, you can opt-out by unsubscribing from the communication. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to us as a result of a purchase, product service experience, or other transaction.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into our Service and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an email at help@spoken.press to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. We may not be able to delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you delete your User Contributions from our Service, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Service users. Proper access and use of information provided on our Service, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms Of Serice.
Residents of certain states, such as California, Nevada, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah may have additional Personal Information rights and choices. Please see Your State Privacy Rights for more information.
Data Deletion and Opt Out
You may request for us to delete your personal information as required under applicable law. In addition, you may request to opt out of your Submitted Content and/or Service-Narrated Content being used by us to improve the Services by completing this online form. Your Submitted Content and/or Service-Narrated Content will no longer be used to improve our Services once your request has been processed, but does not affect any uses of (or materials resulting from uses of) your Submitted Content and/or Service-Narrated Content prior to that date.
Your State Privacy Rights
State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their Personal Information. For example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah each provide their state residents with, among others, rights to access and delete certain Personal Information, and to receive personal data that they have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia also provide their state residents with, among others, rights to correct inaccuracies in their Personal Information, considering the information's nature and processing purpose.

Please know that we do not currently trigger many state-specific privacy rights. We do not sell your Personal Information, nor do we process it for targeted advertising or profiling.
Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where you have a password for access to certain parts of our Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas, as it may be viewed by authorized persons.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to or from our Service. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on our Service.
