Description

Toby, a troubled young boy, is constantly in trouble with his teacher, Miss Henchly. He frequently gets detention for forgetting his homework and blames her for his misfortune. Toby's younger sister, Cindy, has an imaginary friend named Milly, who seemingly has a powerful influence on the real world. Toby is shocked when Miss Henchly gets into a terrible car accident, mirroring a disturbing drawing Cindy made. Then, Damian, a bully who frequently beats Toby, is murdered by his father, another event mirrored in Cindy's drawings. As Toby struggles to comprehend the uncanny connection between his sister's drawings and real-world events, he confronts Cindy about the power of her imaginary friend, leaving him terrified and questioning the reality he knows.
