The Whiffle Ball Killer Chapter Eleven: Epilogue
Description
Axel, a detective investigating a series of murders, visits Gary Ridgway, the Green River Killer, at Walla Walla State Prison. Ridgway has confessed to all but one of the murders, the death of Amina, and is eager to clear his name. Axel, suspicious of Ridgway's claim, confronts him with a passage from Genesis 15, hoping to trigger a memory. Ridgway remembers a Norwegian accomplice, and a photograph confirms his suspicion. The narrative shifts to California, where another individual with a clown phobia is apprehended. The police are surprised by this unexpected twist, and a woman observes the interrogation through a one-way mirror, wondering if the suspect believes the clown is his lawyer.
