Description

On her first day as Sheriff of Otter Tail County, Angela Rancone is called to a disturbance at a bar called The Minnow Bucket. She finds two women unconscious and another ill, showing signs of opioid overdose. Investigating the situation, Angela discovers a plastic cup with a minnow containing a red and blue capsule. After searching one of the women's pockets, she finds a bag of minnows.
